JBARRE*FUSION

Strengthening – Stretching – Posture – Core​

Experience this innovative barre workout that takes an athletic approach to a dancer’s workout! In this class, you’ll reach the deepest muscles through a combination of the disciplines of  varied movements of dance, Callanetics, Pilates, Yoga, and Isometrics. This total body workout ignites your deepest muscles,  posture awareness, and core emphasis! You will develop confidence through the positive instruction, bringing positive results.

Props are used to challenge and modify exercises.
(rings, resistance bands chair, weights and balls)

JBARRE*MOVEMENT

Stabilization – Strength – Stretching

In this class, we’ll harness the essence of body weight training by using the principles of Pilates and Callanetics to ignite the deepest muscles. Be prepared for a progress safe workout on the mat that challenges your whole body using various props (rings, bands, balls, light weights, etc).

This motivational circuit class is personalized to meet the needs of the clients at all levels of fitness. You will be guided through 10 stations of one-minute intervals designed to challenge your whole body. You will develop more confidence, overall strength, stamina, cardio health, better balance and core strength.

JBARRE*CARDIO BOX

 An Athletic BARRE Workout!

This high-energy athletic barre workout will challenge your cardiovascular fitness, stamina and overall strength. We’ll alternate light and heavier weights with shadow boxing, Plyo jumps, and barre work as well as mix it up with jump rope and agility drills. We’ll incorporate resistance training at the barre which develops back strength, balance and core emphasis and leads to overall strength, flexibility and confidence!

Dance your way to great fitness! In this total body workout, you’ll dance to music of all genres that touches your soul and moves your body. This class focuses on stretching from your head to your toes. Inhale, exhale, breathe, stretch and receive! Create a healthy body and mind with nourishing instructions that guide you in effective gentle movements.
