CLASS ETIQUETTE & CLASS POLICIES

*Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
*No food or drink other than water is permitted in the workout studio.
*
Cell phones are permitted in class for emergencies only.
                 Please step out of class if you must make or take a call.
*
Please arrive on time.  It is not safe to join class without a proper warm-up.
*
Proper footwear (indoor sneakers, grip socks, etc.) is required.
                 Please change into appropriate footwear in the waiting room front area prior to entering the workout area.
*Please inform your instructor of any physical limitations you may have prior to class.
*
Please avoid leaving class early.  If you need to leave early, kindly let the instructor know prior to class.
*JBARRE is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

FAQs

1.) Does your studio offer a free first class?
* We offer our first class at a discounted rate of $20.  We will allow you to make your payment at the end of the first class in the event that you want to take advantage of our one time, unlimited month offer, exclusively for new clients!

2.) How do I reserve a class?
 * After filling out our client release at the studio, download the free MINDBODY app and create an account for yourself.  From there, you can log in to the JBARRE studio schedule and class reservation site.  This allows you to reserve and also cancel reservations, if need be.  We STRONGLY encourage you to sign up for classes through the app to insure your spot!

3.) What is the cancellation policy?
 * For classes, there is a three hour cancellation policy.  If a client cancels less than three hours prior to a class they will be charged a late fee. If you do not cancel you will be charged a no-show fee and client will be charged for the class.
* For personal training and make-up application appointments, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, that client will be charged for the appointment.

4.) If I’m running late, will I still be able to participate in class?
 * If you arrive to the studio more than seven minutes after the scheduled start of class, you will not be able to participate.  To be sure that everyone is properly warmed up and as a courtesy to the other clients in class, we ask that you wait until the next scheduled class.

5.) Do I need to bring any equipment with me for class?
 * At JBARRE Studio, we have all of the equipment necessary for our classes.  We ask that clients wear proper footwear (indoor gym shoes, non-slip grip socks, etc.) and arrive in enough time to change shoes in our waiting room before entering workout area.

6.) What is your purchase and refund policy?
 * Pricing is subject to change without notice.  All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions.  Monthly unlimited packages expire 30 days from date of activation.  Monthly unlimited packages are activated at the time of first class.  Unused retail merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
